At CTC-2013, the Mid-Note speaker will be public opinion expert Karl Agne.  He will reveal in this presentation the reasons for growing public cynicism about the courts, and outline how court technology holds the key to restoring public trust and confidence in the third branch. He will also share how subtle shifts in language and messages are critical, and implementing small changes can yield big results.

Karl Agne is a founding partner of GBA Strategies.  He specializes in the use of focus groups and in-depth interviews, as well as media testing and perception analyzer exercises, to gain greater insight into the decision-making processes.

Agne’s analysis and commentary have been featured on MSNBC, CNBC, FOX, and NPR; in progressive blogs including DailyKos, TPMCafe, and The Democratic Strategist; and in numerous print outlets, including The Washington Post, New York Daily News, Business Week, The Nation, American Prospect, and The Boston Globe.

He received his Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA and earned a Master of Arts in campaign management from the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University. He lives with his wife and four daughters in Wilmington, DE.
