The Intellectual Property High Court of Japan (IPHC), together with several other legal organizations, annually holds their Judicial Symposium on Intellectual Property (JSIP). This year, JSIP 2021 will be held online from October 20 through 22(JST).

During the conference, the IPHC will hold a mock trial and a panel discussion on October 20, where judges from China, Korea and India will participate remotely.
The themes of the panel discussions are: "International
Comparison of Indirect Infringement of Patent Right" and "Use of
Expert Knowledge in Civil Litigations."
