RFI Issued for US Department of Justice EOIR

ZYGOS Consulting (ZYGOS) in conjunction with the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) in support of the ECAS Program has issued a Request for Information for the US Department of Justice Executive Office of Immigration Review. (https://www.justice.gov/eoir )

---

The Department of Justice (DOJ) Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is undertaking an effort to modernize its current eWorld systems that support EOIR Components in achieving their respective missions. A major outcome of the eWorld modernization effort is to determine the next generation case management system and its ancillary systems that will replace, at the very least, the mission critical Case Access System for EOIR (CASE). The EOIR wants to improve its current time to market for changes to its current systems and cost reductions by leveraging industry best practices found in Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for a Case Management System (CMS) to replace the legacy CASE system. Modernizing these mission critical systems will better support EOIR’s mission by reducing maintenance costs, eliminating paper filings, automating case processing, and retaining all records and documents in electronic form.

Interested firms must submit an electronic copy of the response to this Request for Information by 2:00 p.m. EDT on August 5, 2016 in a Microsoft Word compatible file to: eoirrfi@zygosconsulting.com.
