The Indiana Division of State Court Administration has posted a very useful web page on creating and implementing an E-filing system.
The Indiana Courts have provided a "primer" for their courts who are implementing E-filing on their website. The page contains a Model Plan, Model Court Rule, and forms for User Registration, Notice of Manual filing, Notice of Signature Endorsement, Declaration That Party Unable to Timely File, Notice of Manual Filing of Sealed Confidential Document, and a Certificate of Service.
