Massachusetts Announces Public Access Program

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Probate and Family Court is pleased to announce that publicly available Estate and Administration cases are now accessible via the internet.

Electronic access to all publicly available case types of the Probate and Family Court continues to be available at each of the 14 divisions of the Probate and Family Court and at most Registry of Deeds sites.

Searches can be done by case number, case name or case type and can be filtered by various means. The instructions for searching (very well done BTW) is provided here.

Craig Burlingame, Court CIO adds that Land Court cases as well as special reports are also available.  The system uses the eAccess tool from CourtView that is being used in their statewide CMS implementation.
