Sacramento Superior Court Announces Statewide CMS RFP


Sacramento Superior Court seeks to enter into a Master Software license and Services Agreement with suitable vendors for an enterprise case management solution capable of replacing the antiquated CMS's for the Superior Courts of California.

California Information Technology Managers Forum (CITMF) is comprised of IT management leaders serving various counties in the State of California, who seek proposers to provide information technology products, services and pricing for a replacement Case Management System (CMS) for various Superior Courts in California. Via this Request for Proposal, up to five proposers may be selected to enter into a Master Software License and Services Agreement (herein known as "MSA") with the Sacramento Superior Court for use by Superior Courts of California. The product sought is a replacement CMS application with the ability to interface with Electronic Filing (E-Filing) service providers and optionally a Document Management System (DMS), to provide efficient service to the Court, justice partners and the public.
