The app allows you to save the document as well as email it after signing. It was a 100% enjoyable experience and done entirely on the iPad using nature's stylus, the index finger.<br /><br />A good app for taking notes is Moleskin (yes, that company known for great notebooks) - although it doesn't handle PDFs.
